Hey love! Because all Neon Moon items are made just for you (thanks to my amazing print-on-demand partner, Printify), here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns:

📦 Shipping Info
Each item is made to order—this means there’s no mass production or overstock. Just intentional, unique pieces created once you check out.

Production time: Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–7 business days.

Shipping time: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days (U.S.). International shipping may take longer.

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships!

Heads up: Since items are made on demand, orders may ship separately if you purchase multiple items.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is custom printed just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of heart. But of course—I’ve got your back if something’s wrong!

🛠️ Wrong Item / Damaged / Misprint?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not what you expected, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

I’ll work with Printify to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or refund.

❌ Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production—so unfortunately, I can’t cancel or change it. Please double-check your shipping info before checking out.
